* introduce a vectorized variant using fast_tanh
* refactored sigmoid using the new interface
* refactored gelu
* add silu activation
* add hardswish
* remove sigmoid for now
* add description to silu and hardswish, and other doc update

* Set isHeavy = true in sigmoid and silu epilogue
